The NULU Knife

NULU is a next generation kitchen knife that works in harmony with the human body drastically reducing the strain on muscles and joints common with traditional knives. Slice, chop, rocker cut, mince, cleave, and julienne…all with one knife. And all pain free with NULU’s advanced ergonomics and direct force transfer geometry.

The handle is positioned at the center of the cutting arc to deliver force directly through the arm and hand. The result is a uniquely versatile knife that can deftly handle the majority of kitchen cutting tasks all with low impact on muscles and joints. 

Multi-Blade: The NULU is comprised of one continuous blade with three distinct cutting areas delivering 160° of cutting performance.

MULTI-Grip:  There are four ways to hold the NULU; The Fore Grip, The Chopping Grip, The Mincing Grip, and The Axe Grip. Personal preference and the type of cutting job at hand will determine which grip is right for you.
