4 Basic Grips

There are four ways to hold the NULU to achieve a variety of cutting techniques.
Fore Grip

This is the most common grip for slicing, rocker cutting and cleaving. The Fore Grip also provides a fluid transition to the Chopping Grip.

Chopping Grip

When it comes to chopping and dicing, the NULU provides effortless precision and force with low strain on muscles and joints. It is also very useful when cutting through tough it items like rinds, gristle and nuts.

Axe Grip

The Axe Grip is useful for cleaving, shaving and breaking up larger items. It also works well when fine slicing with the portion of the blade nearest to the tip.

Mincing Grip

The NULU works perfectly for two-hand rocker cutting and fine mincing of garlic, onion, herbs and meat.
