KNIFE
- Always use caution when handling sharp bladed tools.
- Never put a quality kitchen knife in the dishwasher. Instead clean with warm water, dish soap and a soft brush. Avoid Using chlorine or bleach products.
- Immediately hand dry with a towel.
- Never allow your NULU knife to soak in water over time.
- Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone or glass as they will cause extra wear on the blade.
- Regularly sharpen your NULU to keep it performing at its best. We recommend using a modern pull-through sharpener.
- Safely store your NULU knife in the provided sheath or the NULU Dock.
SHEATH
- Periodically open and clean out your sheath.
- There are two snaps that allow the sheath to open for cleaning.
- Do not put the sheath in the dishwasher. Instead, wash with warm water, dish soap and a brush. Towel or air dry.
- Do not put the dock in the dishwasher. Clean with warm water, dish soap and a brush.
- Do not let the dock soak in water. After rinsing, dry immediately with a towel.
- Periodically apply Dr. B Strong's Board Balm (available from NULU) or other oil based wood preserver to keep your wood kitchen products healthy.

- After each use wipe down the sharpener with a damp cloth to remove any metal filings or debris. If you notice any build-up, use a soft brush or a mild detergent to clean.
- To prevent rust or corrosion, do not rinse the sharpener with water.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Store in a safe and dry place like a drawer or cabinet to protect from dust and moisture. Keep sharpener away from children and pets.
- Check the sharpening stones or belts for wear and tear regularly. Replace as needed.
- When in use, always place the sharpener on a flat, dry surface. Adjust the sharpening angle using the dial.
- Keep fingers away from the sharpening slots to avoid injury.
- Wash these gloves regularly to remove food and oil build-up.
- To clean, hand wash or machine wash with mild detergent. Avoid using a machine dryer or iron to prevent damage or shrinkage.
- Air drying is recommended for maintaining the glove’s shape and performance.
- Suitable for use in both wet and dry conditions.
- If gloves become damaged or worn out over time, replace them with a new pair to be sure you are properly protected.
