NULU Knife

The NULU is a next generation kitchen knife that reimagines the relationship between body and blade. It proves that we can have knives that are exceedingly ergonomic and at the same time wildly effective. NULU is accessible to everyone, including those lacking strength or mobility in their hands, arms or shoulders.

The handle is positioned at the center of the cutting arc to deliver force directly through the arm and hand. The result is a uniquely versatile knife that can deftly handle the majority of kitchen cutting tasks all with low impact on muscles and joints.

MULTI-Blade: The NULU is comprised of one continuous blade with three distinct cutting areas delivering 160° of cutting performance.

MULTI-Grip:  There are four ways to hold the NULU; The Fore Grip, The Chopping Grip, The Mincing Grip, and The Axe Grip. Personal preference and the type of cutting job at hand will determine which grip is right for you.

MULTI-Use:  We're not saying that NULU is the best knife for every cutting job in the kitchen. But, if you could only have one knife in your kitchen, the NULU would be a very smart choice. You can slice, rocker cut, chop, julienne, cleave, shave, and mince with this singularly stylish but humble workhorse of a knife.
